All Roads Automotive and Mechanical is based in Barcaldine, located in Central Western Queensland. Our master mechanic, Andrew Pearce, has over 25 years experience in the automotive and mechanical industry.
Andrew was practically born with a spanner in his hand, growing up in his parents' mechanical garage, before completing two trade certificates as both a Fitter & Turner and Mechanic.
Andrew worked in a number of workshops in Rockhampton and Townsville until making the decision, along with his wife Leisa, to start their own business in Barcaldine in 2009.
We employ three fully trade qualified mechanics who work alongside our two apprentices. Our business also supports the school-based apprenticeship scheme with one young apprentice working towards his trade qualifications.

Our Team
Our team is passionate about all things automotive and are genuine car enthusiasts. Long after the business doors close, our staff are often still here working on their own vehicles and restoration projects.
Our mechanics support the local motorsports clubs; they enjoy drag racing and participate in the Kabra Mud trials and QLD Speedway. As much as we love servicing cars, not everything in life should be about work. Here is a taste of our out of hours automotive activities with the Pearce Racing Team.
Mud Racing
What can we say about Mud Racing? It's just dirty good fun!!
We often attend the Queensland Twin Track Titles, at the Kabra Twin Track (about 20 minutes West of Rockhampton, turn off near the Kabra Pub). If you’re in the area come along and watch all the mud-splattering action! You might even get to see Andrew do one of his famous roll-overs in his mud buggy. Andrew and Leisa's oldest daughter, Edith, has also stood on the placing podium a anumbe of times. Pearce Power!! There is a BBQ and Bar operating until late, so bring your chairs and enjoy a great fun day out with all the family.
Speedway
We are members of the Rockhampton Car Club and Speedway Australia. Both Andrew and daughter Edith compete at our home track McCosker Rocky Speedway, almost monthly, and travel throughout QLD to race their Super Stocker and Junior Sedans. We also travelled to Collinsville for their race meet where Echo Park Speedway Club put on a ripper night. And both Andrew and Edith came away with trophies in their divisions! Despite being so young, Edit loves competing and already following in her (very proud) father's footsteps when it comes to motorsports.
